1. Return/Refund Policy
At custommymats, we truly believe in 100% customer satisfaction. It is therefore our endeavour to make sure you are fully satisfied with our product and do not need to either return your order or seek a refund.
While we take utmost care at our end to make and deliver the mats as per your specifications, we also request our customers to be sure of the colour and design while ordering so that there is no reason for a return or refund.
Please also make a note that due to computer settings, the actual product colours may vary slightly from the image shown in your screen.
2. Order cancellation
We custom produce car mats based on the exact requirements/specifications of our customers. This is why our customers love us. However, this also implies that we do not hold any ready inventory. We can therefore accept cancellations only on “Orders which are not yet in Production”.
Please check the status of your order by writing to us at info@custommymats.com, and if it is not yet into production, we will accommodate your request for any modification or cancellation.
3. Exchange policy
We have a 30 days exchange policy, only if your order has been damaged in transit or it is a defective product. Send us an email at info@custommymats.com along with photographs of the damage in case of a defective product. Our quality team will assess your email and accordingly guide you on how to proceed with the exchange if applicable.
Details of Exchange Policy
a. If your purchase if beyond 30 days, we will not be able to help you with any exchange for your original purchase.
b. To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be with the original packaging in which it was shipped.
c. Please share proof of your purchase when you write to us with an exchange request.
d. Any product that is not in its original condition, will not be accepted for an exchange.
e. Please note that the final decision, if the product is applicable for return, is with custommymats and we will take a fair call on the request based on the customer e-mail along with any supporting documents such as images etc.
4. Exchange (if applicable)
Once we receive your original purchase, it will be inspected by our quality team. We will update you posted via e-mail once we receive your returned item. We will also update you on our quality department’s assessment of your returned item.
If you are approved for an exchange, you can choose an alternate design/colour from our collection and we will ship the same to you as soon as possible.
5. Sale items
Exchange is not applicable on any item purchased during sale.
6. Shipping
Kindly note shipping costs are non-refundable. You will need to pay the shipping costs for returning your item.
Also, return shipment, if lost or damaged during return transit, will not be the liability of custommymats.com.
