Covid19 Shipping Delays:
Some deliveries may be delayed due to the Covid 19 pandemic which has negatively impacted the global supply chain. While we have already added an additional time of 4-7 working days to our regular shipping times, there could be further delay in the overall lead-time owning to Covid19. This is due to reasons beyond our control as each courier company is adopting different measures to control the spread of Covid19, leading to stricter quarantine checks.

Shipping FAQ:
My parcel was shipped but I didn`t get an update
Once your Order is ready and shipped, we will share with you a tracking number for the same. Post this you can be assured that your package is on its way to the final destination. However, this process requires the order being turned over to different delivery partners across multiple airports that do not always give tracking information.
My parcel is showing delivered but I didn`t receive it
We use third party delivery services for shipping orders. If there is no answer at the delivery address or contact number, our delivery agents will deliver parcels to alternative locations such as your neighbourhood or the local post office. The courier partner will however send you a notification stating where the package was delivered.
Is signature required?
Yes, all our orders require a signature to confirm a safe delivery. However, due to Covid19 restrictions, some courier partners use the GPS tracking system fitted to their vehicle to confirm safe delivery of your parcel. Alternately, they can also take photos of the parcel being delivered to your door. This is in line with internal courier rules to reduce the contact with customers and keep everyone safe
What if my parcel is lost?
We monitor every parcel and always keep a close contact with our delivery partners to check for updates and make sure parcels are not lost. In the unlikely event where parcels get marked as lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase
